New York AI expert to keynote Analytics Summit

The former chief scientist of bitly will be the keynote speaker at the 2020 Analytics Summit, the Greater Nashville Technology Council’s flagship event focused on big data and analytics that is scheduled to take place in late September.

Hilary Mason was a key executive at bitly, the link-shortening service, from 2009 until 2013 before launching artificial intelligence research firm Fast Forward Labs, which was acquired in September 2017 by Cloudera. Mason, who is based in New York, subsequently spent two years at Cloudera and also has been data scientist in residence with venture capital firm Accel Partners since 2013.
