Nashville tech leader launching child-safe AI company

Nashville-based artificial intelligence age-appropriate platform Angel AI has announced it has completed a $4.75 million seed funding round.

Angel AI founder and CEO Tim Estes said in a release social media platforms and children's content sources are like "digital narcotics" and are designed to be addictive. But, Angel is designed to use advanced technology to generate safe content and entertainment for children ages 5 to 12 years old. It does not have advertisements or use "predatory monetization tactics" and is free from data collection for reselling.
