Broadband and software services provider Education Networks of America has acquired a Dallas startup that lets school districts measure technology usage and other metrics.

Terms of Nashville-based ENA’s deal for two-year-old CatchOn, which employs a handful of people, are not being disclosed. The two companies began cooperating early this year, when CatchOn joined ENA’s partner marketing program. CatchOn’s software tracks software, applications and website activity on devices connected to a district’s network. Company founder Jena Draper will stay on to run the business under the ENA umbrella, which covers more than 5,000 schools and libraries across the country.
