The owners of a Washington-based boutique retail business offering high-end and rare spirits are considering operating a location at Paseo South Gulch.

According to a Metro beer board permit application, McCallum & Sons Whiskey Co. is evaluating a space in the development’s Prima mixed-use tower at 620 Eighth Ave. S. and in the downtown district from which Paseo South Gulch derives its name.
