According to a permit application, Ayva will take space at one of the buildings comprising the South Nashville district's The Finery. The address of the six-story mixed-use building, called T3 Wedgewood-Houston, eyed for the restaurant is 1234 Martin St. Asian cuisine restaurant Sushi Row also operates from the structure.
