Nashville Yards lands first retailer

Nashville Yards has landed Gigi Pip and Two Roads Hat Co. as its first soft-goods retailer, with the headwear business slated for March opening.

Gigi Pip and Two Roads will collectively occupy more than 2,000 square feet of space at the base of The Everett, one of Nashville Yards’ two soon-to-open residential towers. Each store will have its own entrance and will be connected by a “custom hat bar,” which will allow individuals and groups to have their hat style, size and shape customized.
