A California health foods concept will open by mid-2024 as the first retail tenant for mixed-use tower Prima at Paseo South Gulch.

According to a release, Malibu-based SunLife Organics has signed a lease for 1,330 square feet on the ground floor of Prima. Terms of the deal with Prima owner SomeraRoad and the cost to get operational are not being disclosed.
