A fall opening is being eyed for Moxies, an upscale casual restaurant that will be the first such business at Peabody Union.

As the Post reported in May 2025 and according to a press release, the Nashville Moxies location will be the company's largest restaurant to date, offering 13,800 square feet of interior space and a 4,000 square-foot patio. A portion of the space will overlook the Cumberland River.
