XMI hires CEO, changes focus

Nashville-based business process management services provider XMI has hired Chad Parodi as chief executive officer as the firm plans a shift to human resources, employee benefits and legal compliance services.

According to a release, Parodi is a 20-year veteran in the Professional Employer Organization.
