Southwestern Co. CEO Henry Bedford will step down in July, according to a video released by the family of companies this week.

Dustin Hillis, who founded subsidiary Southwestern Consulting, will succeed Bedford as CEO. Bedford will transition to chairman of the board, effective July 1.
