Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has announced new leadership appointments and restructuring.

Doug Hisel, previously vice president, field operations, has been promoted to senior vice president, store operations. Hisel, an 18-year veteran of Cracker Barrel, started at the company as an associate manager in Indianapolis. He has served in various operations roles of increasing responsibility and will now oversee operations services.
