Jennifer Turnage has been named chief executive officer of Nashville-based Primeritus Financial Services.

According to a release, Turnage replaces Steve Norwood, who stepped down from the role but will remain on the board of directors. Norwood was the co-founder and CEO of Consolidated Asset Recovery Systems, which was acquired by Primeritus in 2019. He retired after the acquisition but was asked to come back and lead Primeritus in 2022. Norwood brought in Turnage as the CFO. In 2023, she was promoted to president of the company.
