On the Move: 3 October 2023

The YMCA of Middle Tennessee has announced LaTisha Steele as chief growth officer of the local association of YMCAs.

According to a release, she was most recently chief operating officer at Democracy Works, a civic technology nonprofit. She has nearly 20 years of YMCA experience and has consulted with the organization on business growth and development over the last five years. She has previously served as vice president of operations of the YMCA of Western Carolina and was also senior director of membership for YMCA of the USA.
