The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development has announced a $3 million expansion involving auto technology manufacturer OPmobility's plant in Spring Hill.

OPmobility (formerly Plastic Omnium) will expand its exteriors group to offer more products for electric vehicle production by adding 186 new jobs to the plant. Currently, the plant has just 18 employees, according to a TNECD release.
