Newly public Shoals Technologies Group has added three executives — two of them from the renewable energy sector — to its board of directors, growing the group to 10 and more than doubling the number of members considered to be independent.

Coming aboard at Portland-based Shoals, which makes parts for solar energy systems and which completed a very successful initial public offering in late January, are Lori Sundberg, Toni Volpe and Ty Daul.
