Nashville-based businessman owner Eric Woodard has bought Gulch craft beer bar Hops and Crafts.

The sellers were Alex Cohn, Kreigh Bourff and Danny Charles, who opened the business at 319 12th Ave. S. in mid-2013. Terms of the deals are not being disclosed.
