Nashville-based catastrophic risk insurance underwriter Velocity HoldCo LLC has announced a majority stake acquisition in Insight Risk.

Financial terms of the deal between the two companies, which focus their work on high-risk work and exposure (hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, fires, etc.), were not disclosed in a release.
