The parent company of downtown Nashville-based BTC Media, which reports on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology news, is slated to be sold.

According to a release, Nakamoto Inc., which is also locally headquartered, will acquire BTC Inc. and UTXO Management GP LLC, with the latter entity an investment firm focused on private and public bitcoin companies.
