Hilton to pay $210M for Graduate hotel business

Nashville's AJ Capital will maintain ownership of buildings housing boutique hotel brand following transaction

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. announced Thursday it has agreed to pay $210 million for Nashville-based Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners boutique Graduate Hotels brand.

Locally, AJ Capital operates a Graduate hotel in Midtown at 101 20th Ave. N. Located near both Saint Thomas Midtown and the Vanderbilt University campus, the hotel opened in 2020.
