A Northeast-based company with more than $4 billion in annual revenue and approximately 14,000 employees plans to acquire Nashville-headquartered payroll services provider Inova Payroll.

According to a release, UKG Inc. will finalize the deal with Inova in early 2026. Terms are not being disclosed.
