Shares of Delek U.S. Holdings Inc. have remained relatively flat since the Brentwood-based oil refinery and convenience store company announced Tuesday it has completed the sale of its retail operations to FEMSA FMX of Mexico for $385 million.

In early afternoon trading, Delek shares (ticker: DK) were priced at $18.84, up $0.03 (0.19 percent). The shares were valued in the $20 to $21 range in early August when the company announced the then-looming transaction. The stock, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, began the year valued at $26.37 per share.
