Four weeks after the judge overseeing the legal battle involving Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey and its creditors ruled that the case’s receiver could proceed with the selling of a Martha’s Vineyard property related to the matter, company founder, co-owner and Chief Executive Officer Fawn Weaver has been dismissed.

Relatedly, Phillip Young, the receiver in the case and a Thompson Burton partner, has terminated Keith Weaver, Fawn Weaver’s husband and a co-owner of Uncle Nearest Inc.
