Nashville at law: 14 July 2008

Mall-based clothing chain Abercrombie & Fitch is known for its advertising images of ultra-hip young people baring plenty of skin. But a Nashville woman says a store employee was collecting his own photos of persons in a state of undress – in an entirely uncool manner.

Alawsuit filed in Davidson County Circuit Court last week charges that in September 2007, Abercrombie worker Kenneth Applegate II used a concealed camera to take photos and video of the 16-year-old plaintiff, whom this article will not name because she was a minor at the time.
