Brent Hannafan has joined Nashville-based boutique law firm Litson as a partner, adding to the firm’s growing list of attorneys who previously have served as federal prosecutors.

Hannafan comes to Litson from national firm Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, where he served as partner and co-chair of the trial practice group. At the firm, he served as lead counsel in an employment discrimination case against Robert De Niro, securing a $1.2 million jury verdict.
