David Gilinsky

New Orleans-based law firm Phelps has a new partner in its Nashville office.

The firm recently announced the addition of David Gilinsky, a transaction tax lawyer with experience working inside public companies. Gilinsky has experience working in tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments and operations and real estate dispositions, according to a press release.
