Nashville-based boutique law firm Litson PLLC has secured a dismissal of a federal fraud case brought forth against a former Oklahoma construction company CEO.

According to a press release, Ryan Bloom was charged with one count of bank fraud involving $2.3 million. The government then filed a superseding indictment that tacked on nine additional bank fraud counts and one count of obstruction of justice. Bloom would have faced prison time and financial penalties if the case had not been dismissed.
