An attorney in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana recently asked Judge Rudy Lozano if a Jan. 7 pretrial conference could be delayed ... so he could go see Notre Dame play Alabama for the BCS national championship.

"Hoping not to get coal in [his] stocking," Lozano agreed to change the date, but not in the way the attorney wanted and not before showing his own school colors a bit.
