Lawsuit alleges rape at Brentwood Academy

Brentwood Academy has been sued in Williamson County Circuit Court for $60 million, alleging a sixth-grade male student was raped by four older boys and the school did nothing.

The lawsuit alleges in graphic detail that the 12-year-old student was raped and assaulted by four eighth-graders on five separate occasions in the locker room in the 2014-15 school year, and that other boys witnessed the accounts. Eventually, the parent of another sixth-grade student told the mother of the alleged victim what her child had told her was happening.
