Frost Brown Todd LLP and Northeast-based litigation-focused law firm Gibbons PC announced Wednesday a merger, with the future entity to be called FBT Gibbons LLP.

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, the merger will yield a law firm with approximately 800 attorneys working in 25 offices nationwide.
