According to a document filed with the Davidson County Chancery Court, The Gateway to Nashville LLC contends SWVP and Metro are in breach of the easement agreement in place at the property, with SWVP’s construction work (on a veranda) on the hotel building’s back concourse having yielded barriers, walls and other obstructions. This is creating, the plaintiff argues, difficulties regarding pedestrian access related to Gateway’s 3.8-acre so-called shed property that sits to the immediate south of the hotel building.
