Cracker Barrel subsidiary loses appeals court ruling to lamp maker

The state Court of Appeals may force Cracker Barrel Old Country Store to buy 120 days worth of lamps.

In an opinion issued last week, the court remanded a case between the Lebanon food-and-shopping giant and Le-Jo Enterprises, a Pennsylvania manufacturer, back to a lower court, ruling that a Cracker Barrel subsidiary will have to go to court on a contract breach claim.
