The leaders of regional law firm Bass Berry & Sims have named veteran attorneys Angela Humphreys and Ryan Thomas to lead their health care-focused and general private equity teams.

About 60 of Bass’ roughly 300 attorneys are active in PE work in some way and most of them are based at the firm’s downtown Nashville home office. Humphreys and Thomas are co-chairing the health care team while Thomas also has been named chair of the general industry PE group.
