BABC sets up privacy/information security team

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has formed a cross-disciplinary privacy and information security team to help clients with some of today's hottest business issues.

The group will be chaired by partners Paige Boshell, a financial services and intellectual property specialist, and Amy S. Leopard, who focuses her day-to-day work on health care. It will organize about a dozen attorneys from a number of Bradley Arant's practice groups to get to grips with the risk of data breaches and the laws and regulations tackling security issues in industries including finance, health care and retail.
