Local boutique law firm Litson recently opened a Boston office, tapping a former Nashville prosecutor to serve as partner.

The white-collar criminal defense firm (which also operates a Knoxville office) announced a Boston location last week, which serves as its first office outside of Tennessee. Bill Abely, a former prosecutor in both Nashville and Massachusetts, serves as partner for the new office. He will focus on federal criminal defense, government investigations and civil litigation.
