TriStar Health announced Friday that it intends to build a full-service hospital in Clarksville, a project expected to cost about $286 million. 

The 213,000-square-foot facility, to be located on Tiny Town Road, is set to offer 68 inpatient beds (with the ability to expand to 224 in the future), as well as an emergency room, an intensive care unit, a labor and delivery unit including a neonatal intensive care unit, operating rooms and imaging services.
