Ascension officials on Monday released state-specific information on the fallout of its recent ransomware attack for the 11 states in which it has locations. In Tennessee, all of the hospitals and physician offices are open, according to the release, though they are using manual and paper-based systems.

The update comes six days after the company began experiencing interruptions due to a ransomware attack on May 8.  Â
