Qualifacts merges with behavioral health tech firm

Qualifacts CEO David Klements

Less than a year after being purchased by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, electronic health record company Qualifacts is merging with a portfolio company of Martis Capital that provides technology solutions to behavioral health providers.

Combined, Qualifacts and Maryland-based Credible Behavioral Health will serve more than 800 behavioral health agencies nationwide, bringing together the local company’s electronic health records platform, CareLogic, with Credible’s suite of tech platforms that handle billing, data analytics, telehealth and more. The venture will be led by Qualifacts CEO David Klements, according to a press release. Matthew Dorman, CEO of Credible, will continue as a strategic adviser.
