Nashville health care technology company Concert has been sold to a Philadelphia-area firm for an undisclosed sum.

According to a release, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania-based Lyric, a software company focused on health payments services, acquired Concert. The Lyric website notes nine of the top 10 U.S. health plans use the company's services.
