TriStar Health, the local brand of HCA Healthcare hospitals, announced Monday that it plans to build a $250 million hospital in Spring Hill.

The hospital system will apply for a certificate of need for a full-service acute care hospital on the site of the current TriStar Spring Hill emergency room building, according to a press release.
