Nashville-based physician compensation software company Ludi has named Danielle O’Rourke its CEO, part of a few leadership changes as the company undergoes growth recapitalization. Connecticut-based private investment firm Great Point Partners will lead the recapitalization, according to a Wednesday press release.

Gail Peace, who founded the company in 2012, will maintain her role on the company’s board of directors. O’Rourke joined the company in 2019 and previously served as chief operating officer. She is based in Indianapolis. In addition, Steven Lefar, former chief strategy officer at Chicago software company Strata Decision Technology, has joined the company’s board of directors. As part of the recapitalization, the company will also expand its DocTime Suite software, which tracks, manages and audits payments to physicians.
