In an eventful Wednesday for Nashville company Envision Healthcare, a bankruptcy court confirmed its reorganization plans and news broke that the company’s CEO and president would be leaving the company. 

Jim Rechtin, who led Envision since 2020, will serve as president and chief operating officer at Louisville-based health insurance company Humana, Inc. starting in January 2024, according to a press release from Humana. In the second half of 2024, Rechtin will become the company's CEO.
