Shubhada Jagasia, Saint Thomas Health

Ascension Saint Thomas has tapped Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital chief of staff Shubhada Jagasia to serve as the president and CEO of its Midtown and West Hospitals, effective May 1.

Jagasia replaces Fahad Tahir, who started the role in November 2017 was promoted to chief strategy officer of Ascension Saint Thomas late last year. Fahad will lead service lines across the system and continue to support clinical program development, according to a press release, and remain a co-executive sponsor of the Midtown modernization and clinical program development.
