Approximately 10 weeks after being acquired by Ascension for $3.9 billion, Amsurg has announced the purchase of Capital Surgery Center in Baton Rouge.

Financial terms of the deal — Amsurg’s second since being aligned with Ascension — were not disclosed in a release.
