Palm Beach County Commission members have approved a deal that will see Vanderbilt University establish a satellite business school campus in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.

According to WLRN.org (read here), Vanderbilt submitted a final contract on Tuesday, which yielded a unanimous vote to donate a five-acre parcel valued at $46 million. The county property is located adjacent to two acres owned by the City of West Palm Beach, property that already had been donated to Vanderbilt.
