Work to start on Antioch apartment project

A large-scale garden-style apartment complex planned for South Davidson County since mid-2017 is now moving forward, with the issuing of multiple permits.

The 11 permits have a collective value of about $104 million and will allow for construction of 11 three-story, 24-unit apartment buildings, a clubhouse, five garages and ancillary buildings for maintenance and security.
