Work slated for two hotels at Harding, I-24

Metro officials have approved a preliminary plan and a final site plan for two hotels to be located near the intersection of Harding Place and Interstate 24.

With a main address of 350 Harding Place in South Nashville near Antioch, the hotel buildings, both to stand four floors, will accommodate a 95-room Avid and a 95-key Candlewood Suites. InterContinental Hotels Group owns both brands.
