WeHo condo building to offer $189K studios

Core Development is now marketing a future mixed-use building — and has released an image — on which ground is slated to be broken in Wedgewood-Houston in February 2019.

To be called Kirby, the five-story building (pictured) will sit near the T-intersection of Martin Street and Gray Street. It will offer 104 residences starting at $189,000, making it one of the few new condo buildings located in a popular Nashville urban districts and with units priced under $200,000.
