Start looms for Inglewood residential project

The Avery

A late-July construction start is being eyed for condominium building The Avery, to be located in Inglewood and to offer owners the option of short-term renting their units.

The project will be undertaken at 1100 Inglewood Drive, with Chicago-based The Tunney Group owning the property and developing it in conjunction with some local real estate investors. This will be the first Nashville project for the company.
