Maryland-based Host Hotels and Resorts has paid $530 million for SoBro’s 1 Hotel and Embassy Suites.

The two hotels are located at the northeast corner of Demonbreun Street and Eighth Avenue South, with the Music City Center convention facility and a JW Marriott hotel also sitting at the intersection.
