A sliver of Second Avenue property located within downtown Nashville’s The District has sold for $1.5 million, with both the buyer and the seller notable figures within the city’s commercial real estate sector.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, local investor Treg Warner now owns the 0.03-acre parcel of raw land. The address of the land, which sits adjacent to a building housing The Lounge at Second, is 145 Second Ave. N. The property sits on the southwest corner of the T-intersection of Second and Commerce Street.
